Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, training and development, records management.
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Job Requirements:
  • A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • With experience in the HR Field is a plus
  • With advance organizational skills and people management.
  • Eager to learn all HR operational activities - Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor and Employee Relations Management and People Development.
  • With strong leadership skills
  • Flexible and with in-depth understanding on organizational commitment.
