Job Requirements:
A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
With experience in the HR Field is a plus
With advance organizational skills and people management.
Eager to learn all HR operational activities - Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor and Employee Relations Management and People Development.
With strong leadership skills
Flexible and with in-depth understanding on organizational commitment.
