Specific Duties and Responsibilities-Assist in the hiring process that includes effective sourcing of applicants, conduct of interviews, coordination to requisitioning department for the final interview.
-Coordinate with hiring managers and discuss hiring needs.
-Constantly updates applicant database.
-Maintains an effective monitoring system of employees' contract and performance review schedules.Qualifications-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
-At least a year of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position
-Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and creative writing skills.
