Arrange interviews, pre-employment medicals, and onboarding for new hires.
Prepare welcome materials and complete necessary documentation.
Organize employee training sessions, handle payments, and maintain records.
Update leave records and process medical claims for payroll.
Track and order office supplies, uniforms, and safety gear.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and ensure accurate billing.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, and prepare housing inspection reports.
Manage billing for landlines and corporate mobile lines.
Compile reports on office supplies, inventory, and medical claims.
Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors.
Key Requirements
Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
