Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Must have at least 6 months of recruitment / sourcing experience (preferrably in a BPO setting but not required)
  • Must have experience in handling Volume Agent hiring
  • Above average English communication and written skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite

Recruitment
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Interview candidates (face to face and over-the-phone)
  • Follow up with candidates through the hiring process
  • Conduct job offers to qualified candidates
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hore, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience survey
Sourcing
  • Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost applicant sourcing
  • Utilize social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Responsible for contacting and communicating with prospective candidates to inform them of their assessment and/or interview schedules
  • Gather leads from referrals (internal/external)
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is on time based on targets
  • Maintain an updated database of all applicants and job opportunities
  • Conducts External activities (job fair, academe, headhunting, flyering) if needed
  • Develop sourcing initiatives including the recommendation of innovative ad campaigns and promotions needed to support these plans and partnership with internal and external creative resources to design and produce these tools.
  • Analyze reports to track the effectiveness of each sourcing channel and analyze metric to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
  • Performing other duties when needed
