1. Identifies the business vacancies through coordination with hiring managers with the Manpower Requests.
2. Ensures sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (passive, internal, referral, etc.) and identifies suitable candidates matching both the agreed business needs and candidate's ambitions and expectations.
3. Ensures the proposed candidates are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way of working, and related guidelines.
4. Generating applications from specific sourcing channels based on company vacancy and departmental requirements.
5. Maintaining reports and updates for all sourcing and recruitment activities.
6. Create and maintain a database for all candidates.
7. Profile matching of candidates
8. Liaises with external vendors for services to increase the pool of candidates.
9. Initiate partnerships with schools for OJT and other career opportunities
10. Create Recruitment exams to assess basic applicant aptitude and personality and create a psychometric profiling
11. Coordinate with different departments in establishing position-specific applicant tests that will gauge the minimal requirements for the vacancy.
12. Conduct phone screening, interview, test administration, and all other application processes.
13. Coordinating with final interview schedule with Department Head and other interviewers to be involved in the hiring process.
14. Manages the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation and benefits level for the job and the candidate's expectations, works closely and coordinates with the HRIS team as well in compensation and benefits administration for contract monitoring, updating and for processing of statutory benefits (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH).Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
