Davao, and Iloilo.To provide the best service to our client, we are URGENTLY looking for HR GENERALIST that will be based in Pasay City (Head Office) with the below qualifications and skills::RECRUITMENT - the HR Generalist will do the end-end process of recruitment based on the requested position of each department.EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS RELATION - end to end process of ER which includes counseling and conducting administrative hearing if necessary. Compliance with the Department of Labor is also included on the tasks such as attending SENA, renewal of certificates and others.TIMEKEEPING - assuring that all data which pertains to the employee's attendance is accurate and well computed before submission to payroll.RECORD MAINTENANCE - confidentiality of the employee's 201 files shall be maintained and all records in HRIS must be kept confidential.OTHER TASKS - Coordination with third party agenciesQualifications:1. Must be a graduate of Psychology or related courses2. Must have 2-3 years' experience as HR Generalist3. Experience in a transportation industry is an advantage4. Must be willing work in Pasay City with a compressed working schedule of 08:00 am to 6:36 pm, Mon-Fri.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
