Job descriptionRecruitment Function

  • Focus primarily on hiring qualified applicants that aid to support the Operational needs of the Company.
  • Provides the manpower requirements of the departments and stores.
  • Recruits and partners with new Agencies and Head Hunters.
  • Liaise/Coordinates with the Recruitment agencies for manpower pooling.
  • Conducts initial interviews and applicant screening.
  • Sets appointments with Law Office for final interviews.
  • Ensures that the new hires have complete requirements before the start date.
  • Facilitates employee contract signing and monitors employment contract dates, expiration, and renewal.
  • In-charge with new employee orientation and other on-boarding activities.
Labor/Employee Relation Function
  • Networks between employees and employer to improve relationships and collaboration in the workplace.
  • Disseminates announcements to employees (holidays, new/resigned employee, inter-office memorandum).
  • Coordination with Accounting regarding training fees of rank and file employees and trip incentives of trailer truck driver/s.
  • Attends to the grievances/concerns of employees.
  • Handles labor and admin cases through "due process" and documentation of each cases.
  • Prepares unhit quota memo for the employees (Sales Personnel).
  • Other HR-related jobs that might need urgent attention on the daily basis. (Operational)
Employee Engagement Function
  • Executes various employee engagement measures.
  • Administers and facilitates Company Team Buildings.
  • Administers and facilitates Annual Drug Testing.
Agency Coordination Function
  • Mediates between agencies and the company.
  • Liaise/Coordinates with the agencies with billing concerns (revisions and returns of billings).
  • Coordinates with the agencies, accounting and treasury departments regarding billings and collections.
Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology and other related courses.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Proficient with different sourcing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized with keen eye to details.
  • Creative, resourceful and goal driven
  • Familiar with general labor law standards.
  • Flexible and knowledgeable in different facets of HR.
