  • Assist in identify training needs and opportunities employees across all levels; assess training needs through surveys, skills assessments, interviews with customers and consultations with supervisors.
  • Assist in designing, creating and maintaining customized training materials such as training manuals, online learning modules, and job aids, course materials, and simulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective; create and report objective evidence of competency and/or effectiveness of trainings.
  • Assist with the development of employee retention and engagement programs.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling trainings, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment for trainings.
  • Monitors and evaluates trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
  • Research Organizational Development programs and recommend programs that could be fit to the company.
  • Participate in the conceptualization, budgeting, implementation, and post evaluation of Training and Development programs.
  • Assists the Human Resource Supervisor in special projects of the company.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in training facilitation, familiar with the training cycle
  • Demonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility
  • Strong reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character
  • Self-aware and open to feedback
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly reliable and motivated to excel
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office applications
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
  • Willing to do field work
  • Can start ASAP
