Responsible in posting and advertising jobs based on approved manpower requisition form.
Responsible in administering and checking default and trade examinations to all pre-screened candidates.
Responsible in managing communication to all qualified applicants thru call, text, email and other means to ensure timely and correct understanding of recruitment requirements. She should also be responsible in communicating to the requisitioning department managers/head and management to keep all concerned apprised of the status of their request.
Responsible for maintaining all job portals to keep and preserve its existing state i.e. validity, clearing and placing all unprocessed applicants to its proper envelope, etc.
Responsible in timely filing of documents.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any four-year Business related course
Minimum of one (1) year related work experience
With strong sense of urgency
Patient, accurate and attentive to details
Has strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Proficient in computer applications
