Job Description

HR Assistant - Benefits reports directly to Benefits and Medical Services Supervisor. This position is responsible and accountable in checking, monitoring and assessment of loan applications for all applicants/requestors.Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Graduate in Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least six (6) months related experience.
  • Has Ability to handle pressure and Ability to make efficient report and recommend systems and policies improvement.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and Ability to monitor and collect data to assess accuracy and integrity; analyze data; ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations and systems of internal control; interpret and evaluate results, prepare documentation; create presentations.
  • Has average written and oral communications skills, Fast learner, keen to details, Good analytic skills and with strong Interpersonal skill.
  • And Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php14,007.00 - Php15,007.00 per monthBenefits:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
