MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Has 2 years experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to command respect from co-workers.
  • Willing to render overtime if necessary.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for performance management and timekeeping of employees.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Support the management by providing human resource advice and counsel.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.
  • Administer discipline to employees.
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary.
