Job Description


  • Preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR related letters
  • Manage employees first day and onboarding
  • Administering and maintaining accurate employee records and HR database
  • Maintain, update and advise employees on company policies and HR processes
  • Assist in work pass applications and renewals
  • Responsible for employee insurance activation/deactivation and renewal
  • Record and maintain employee flexi benefit claims
  • Keep track and file government related claims - childcare leave claim, maternity claim, NS claim etc
  • Manage exit process including leaver administration, conducting exit interviews and employee clearance
  • Support recruitment process; posting of job advertisement, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
  • Maintain excellent filing system
  • Other ad-hoc HR admin support as assigned
