Full Time: 8am to 6pm
:
Provide support to the HR Department
To assist in monthly payroll processing & reports
Maintaining of documentation including data entry, leaves, filing etc.
Preparing and posting job advertisements online
Distribution of uniforms and inventory
Undertake clerical / administrative duties (replying emails, drafting appointment letters)
Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned
Requirements :
Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook
Meticulous, careful, independent and positive
Good team player
