A major oil and gas company is currently looking a HR Assistant for a 12 months contract to be based at a site location in West.
Managing day-to-day inbound immigration program
Work closely with worldwide employees, International Mobility (Outbound), Singapore HRBP and other various stakeholders: gather necessary documentations; and advise on work and resident permit applications
Monitor appropriate record keeping in compliance
Maintain and track visa and work permit status for all authorized employees
Ensure appropriate communication with all stakeholders and liaise with employees to keep them informed of progress during work authorization process
Work with assignees in sourcing for apartments together with approved real estate agent
Assist assignees in sourcing for international schools
Work with various vendors for other logistics arrangement
Purchase Order creation
Other adhoc HR scope
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of inbound and/or global immigration related experience in a fast-paced environment
2 years of HR-related or global mobility/expatriate management experience including international HR, tax, benefits, and/or payroll
Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills
Being able to prioritize multiple assignments and projects and adapting plans to changing circumstances
Project management skill (project documentation, briefs, and state reports)
Highly skilled with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Willing to learn and assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary
