Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Administrative support within the HR department
  • Filing of documents for the HR department
  • Assist in recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Preparation of HR-related letters such as Letters of Appointment, Employment Certification, etc.
  • Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement
  • Handling of retail annual leave records
  • Assist in any other duties when necessary
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge/experience are welcome to apply
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and Communications skills
  • Initiative and resourceful
  • Good team player
Working days: 5 days of work Location: Woodlands x 1 / Raffles Place x 1
