RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the full spectrum of the companys training and development. Responsible for company's internship programme. Assists in administering staff benefits such as companys insurance, organization of company's event(s) and etc. Assists in compliance of government regulations such as Safe Management Measures and etc. Make recommendation and application of relevant government grants. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Possess minimum a Diploma in Business Administration, Arts/Social Sciences or Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Proficient with MS Office application. A self-starter and is able to work independently with minimal supervision A meticulous individual with good planning and organizational skills Good understanding of Singapore HR practices and employment laws.
