Company Profile: Our company is in F&B industry. We have few outlets located around Singapore and the company is currently expanding the business. We are looking for a candidate to support the team to help the company growth. He or she must possess \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and being a responsible team player. Responsibilities:

  • General day to day administrative matters & ad-hoc duties when assigned.
  • Attend to general enquiries via phone, email and walk in supplier.
  • Maintenance of Employee personal file
  • Administer Mom Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matter.
  • Overtime Calculation and assist in payroll.
  • Assist on Operation related matter.
  • Other Administration and HR Task as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Higher Qualifications
  • Min 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s relevant experience
  • Multi-tasking and work independently with self-initiative.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entry level is welcome.
