Administering & updating employee records (e.g. Employee Masterlist)
Tracking and monitoring of staff\xe2\x80\x99s confirmation / half / yearly performance process
Timely update Organizations Chart accurately / Maintain all employee\xe2\x80\x99s P-File (Personnel documents) and ensure the confidentiality
Maintaining / Filing HR & Admin related documents & employee personal files
Drafting of employment, HR related agreements & letters
Handle end-to-end recruitment, i.e. job posting, career fairs, shortlisting, schedule and conduct interviews for hiring managers, new hire\'s on-boarding and exit
Assist in organising all Company Events (e.g. MTM, HQ Birthday Celebrations, DnD, Xmas & CNY celebrations)
Assist on Monthly Meeting Presentation consolidation and minutes taking as and when required
Assist with Daily Updates of Employees
In-charge of the requisition of pantry & stationery items in HQ
Assist with the purchase of uniform, name tags as and when required for SG & MY Team
Tracking of Season Parking purchase & renewal for Doctors
Opening company letter box
Assist to set up and maintain all the necessary procedures, guidelines, phone calls, emails, functions of the HR & Admin department and ensure HQ general cleanliness
Assist and maintaining in employee\'s welfare / benefits (fortnightly welfare for HQ/CA/SAC)
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Management
Requirement
Diploma in Business Admin or HR management or relevant discipline
1 year relevant experience
Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices preferred
Ability to work independently and as a team
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
