Job Description


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Report to HR Manager.
  • Assist with blue collar\xe2\x80\x99s hiring.
  • Prepare employment-related documents e.g. employment contract, letter, etc.
  • To maintain personal files, placing of advertisements, preparation of appointment letters, appraisal forms and other HR related forms.
  • Coordinate and administer Work Passes for foreign employees.
  • Administer Work Injury Compensation Claim.
  • Prepare information for Labor Market Survey.
  • Fulfil ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 1 year of HR related experience.
  • Team player.
  • Fast learner.
