Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement
Administration/Employee Data Management matters
Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns
Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation)
Data management of leave and claims in HRIS
Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities
Childcare leave claim submission and tracking
Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations)
Handle and resolve employee queries
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
Education \xe2\x80\x93 Diploma/degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1 year of experience in similar field
Language \xe2\x80\x93 English required, and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with China and Taiwan counterparts)
Computing \xe2\x80\x93 Advanced MS Office
Personnel and Human Resources \xe2\x80\x94 Knowledge of labour law (MOM) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 per month Work Location: In person
