Tracking and overseeing all onboarding and offboarding matters (drafting employment contracts, confirmation letters, conducting exit interviews, etc) for all staff
Daily maintenance of the HRIS system for the different subsidiaries
Ensure end to end payroll process for all staff
Support and review year-end performance management with the Company\'s Head
Keep abreast of any changes to MOM regulations
Any other adhoc HR duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month Benefits:
