JOB DESCRIPTION

  • End to end recruitment thru sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. up to proper introduction to all departments.
  • Assist in maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and emergency leaves.
  • Maintaining 201 Files of active and previous employees
  • Answer queries in relation to leave credits, COOP, seminars and other benefits.
  • Preparation of payroll ATM for all in-house employees.
  • Observe and preparation to all HR activities all year-round
  • Maintaining the logbook to all materials/uniform/issued gadgets and analogous to employees
  • Preparation of materials for the training, orientation and seminars of new and old employees
  • Assistance in maintaining and updating the Employees' Handbook and facilitating new compensation and benefits whenever necessary including assistance in its renewal.
  • Issuance of Certificate of Employment upon request
  • Assistance with data entry of EMCOOPT.
  • Preparation and issuance of memos of employee's violations
  • Updating, designing and planning contents of the Employees' Bulletin Board.
  • Other overflow work from administrative and executive assistant and fill in for the office receptionist.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the General Manager.

Experience:
