End to end recruitment thru sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. up to proper introduction to all departments.
Assist in maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and emergency leaves.
Maintaining 201 Files of active and previous employees
Answer queries in relation to leave credits, COOP, seminars and other benefits.
Preparation of payroll ATM for all in-house employees.
Observe and preparation to all HR activities all year-round
Maintaining the logbook to all materials/uniform/issued gadgets and analogous to employees
Preparation of materials for the training, orientation and seminars of new and old employees
Assistance in maintaining and updating the Employees' Handbook and facilitating new compensation and benefits whenever necessary including assistance in its renewal.
Issuance of Certificate of Employment upon request
Assistance with data entry of EMCOOPT.
Preparation and issuance of memos of employee's violations
Updating, designing and planning contents of the Employees' Bulletin Board.
Other overflow work from administrative and executive assistant and fill in for the office receptionist.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the General Manager.
