Job Summary:The HR Assistant - Benefits shall assist the HR Specialist and HR Supervisor for Benefits in ensuring timely processing of government mandated benefits including remittances to respective government agencies and provides support in payroll processes to achieve department's objectives of attracting, motivating and retaining engaged employees who are committed to serve the needs of both internal and external customers.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare monthly consolidated reports of governmental payments for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig.
2. Prepare Cash Disbursement Order (CDO) request for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig remittances both for premiums and loans payment.
3. Encode and facilitate on-line posting of premium and loan payments for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig.4. Update employees' data at Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
5. Encode salaries and allowances of non-confidential employees in Metrobank-ETPS for salary payment.
6. Prepare and route Cash Disbursement Order (CDO) for all payroll related requests.
7. Prepare and issue Certificate of Employment (COE) and Certificate of Premium and Loan Payments of employees, as requested.Qualifications:
