Job description

• Assist HR Manager on a full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin function including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management.
• Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters.
• Assist in preparation of payroll including computation of workers\' overtime and trip incentives; submission of CPF contribution; and IR21 tax clearances.
• Employee relations including adhoc planning of recreation and welfare activities, training and development, HR projects and management reporting.
• Application of work passes, renewal and cancellation.
• Handle & process resignation, termination & dismissal.
• Assist in preparation of employment surveys and related matters.
