Job Summary:

  • Basic salary: Up $3800
  • Entitled AL + AWS + VB
  • Monday - Friday, Alt Sat - 8am-4:30pm/ 8am- 12pm
  • Location: Jurong West (company transport at JE MRT)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer\'s requirements.
  • Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution center.
  • Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
  • Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
  • Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
  • Decision making based on analytical data.
  • Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
  • Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
