Job Description
Duration end Oct 2022 to Oct 2023 - North Buona Vista Dr
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Sats, Sun and gazetted public holidays
- Providing strong administrative support in HR operations and ensuring good standard of delivery of HR services to officers
- Ensuring timely and accurate end-to-end processing of HR exercises/processes, including evaluation of applications/requests from employees, preparation of submissions for approval and conveyance of outcome
- Assisting in case management, including fact finding, evaluation and recommendation
- Handling HR queries in a responsive manner, and supporting communications to employees on HR matters
- Engaging and providing guidance to line managers to facilitate effective HR management
- Maintaining and updating HR data records and analysing data for reporting. Diploma qualifications
