Job Description

• Position : HR Assistant/Executive - Hybrid Work/Career Progression (Timesoft Payroll/West)
• Location : Quality Road (West)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Reputable FMCG Company

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full payroll cycle and prepare monthly payroll reports
• Update and maintain employee\'s personal file and upkeep employee data in system
• Handling all work pass related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation and appeals.
• Administer all welfare and benefits claims (medical claims, dental claims, etc) and liaise with medical panel for employee updates
• Review staff training needs and manage learning calendar for employees, Register employee to training courses and to apply government grants
• Administer training records, documentation, and government grants.
• Other ad-hoc HR/administrative matters assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 1 year experience
• Hands on experience with HRIQ/Time Soft Payroll System will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income tax.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
