This position is required to provide effective administration to existing HR programs and processes across full spectrum of HR for our offices in the Asia-Pacific, namely Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia/New Zealand. This position will be accountable for recommending improvements to a range of HR activities including learning and development program implementation, employees\' engagement, and the delivery of training initiatives across the region. What You Will Do Learning and Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive full spectrum of L&D needs, policies, processes, tracking and monitoring, and reporting standards in alignment with the HR Director, Asia-Pacific, Lifestyle Div. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as L&D Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure effective and consistent implementation and delivery of core people processes & programs; manages all logistics (before, during and after) for training programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage L&D administration including user support, local ticket management, tool-linked communication, training of users and trainers, supports the roll-out of tool enhancements; drives reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Go-to HR business advisor on all L&D matters HR Policies and Procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and update HR Policies and Procedures annually per local employment statutes and legislations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and enhance the existing HR internal processes. Payroll Management and Audit Process \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct and manage Payroll Outsource Vendors on Employees payroll and income tax for APAC - Australia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep up to date with payroll knowledge, practices and compliance matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage annual payroll audit process in the region. Constantly review for gaps to tighten payroll procedures. Total Rewards and administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare compensation letters and documentation for Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs). \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with outsource vendors in processing employment passes, S-passes, work permit applications and manage other immigration matters for foreign employees. Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding for candidates GG11 and below with hiring managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 With Asia-Pacific HR business partner security access in Workday, this position requires to manage and ensure data accuracy in employees\' data in Workday. Staff Engagement Activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive all Employees Engagement, Wellness and Workplace initiatives and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure budget for all activities are adhered to. Other ad-hoc projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time, What You Need \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years relevant work experience in Human Resources in MNCs. \xe2\x80\xa2 IHRP-CP is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed with local employment laws and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of payroll concepts and principles and has have experience managing payroll with external payroll partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work effectively with cross functional team and with regional exposure \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on knowledge in Workday \xe2\x80\xa2 Project and Event Management experience.
