JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. End-to-end process of recruitment.2. Answering payroll questions.3. Assists in orientation programs related to compensation and benefits programs and activities for employee information in support of HR strategies.4. Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.5. Assists in all admin and clerical duties related to Compensation and Benefits such as compensation surveys, benefits roll-out, orientation activities, job evaluations, and performance management.6. Maintaining current HR files and databases.7. Contribute to the production of an ER strategy and development of sound ER policies that allow management to achieve successful/favorable outcomes and conflict resolutions.8. Maintains the HR file system regarding employee discipline and grievances.9. Works with HR Team to maintain and improve employee relations.10. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.REQUIREMENTS: 1. Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Department Management course2. At least 1-4 years of experience in a related field3. Must be exposed to a different facet of HR4. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings5. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information6. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality7. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner8.
