Job Description

Salary: Basic up to $3800Working hours: 8.30am - 6pmLocations: Paya Lebar, Shenton Way, Buona Vista, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong EastDuration: 1 - 2 years ContractBroad Functions:Recruitment & Onboarding

• Partner with HRBPs to understand hiring needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening/shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
• Recruit interns, scholarship applicants, and international award applicants.

HR Administration

• Handle onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks.
• Manage employee records, including P-Filing and HR system updates.
• Administer payroll, leave, and other related processes.
• Support performance appraisal processes and address related queries.
• Process student allowances, no-pay leave, and data entry into HRIS.
• Manage scholar requests and claims (conferences, travel, insurance, etc.).
• Manage scholar exam results and thesis submissions.
• Verify tuition fees from universities.
• Collate and manage student and scholar P-files.
• Process course applications and cancellations/withdrawals.
• Maintain self-sourced training requests and update learning records.
• Provide logistics support for company events and programs.
• Manage corporate cards.

Scholar Management

• Support the end-to-end scholarship selection cycle.
• Administer payments to scholars (allowances, school fees).
• Provide support to studying scholars.

Reporting & Compliance

• Generate reports for trend analysis.
• Meet KPIs.
• Address employee issues promptly.
• Maintain high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.
• Budget monitoring

Requirements:

• Singaporeans ONLY
• 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Min. Diploma in a relevant field
