Job Description

HR Compensation & Benefit provides administrative support including but not limited to payroll processing and implementation of monitoring of statutory benefit programs.HR Employee Relations provides administrative support on all employee-related administrative duties-including human resources activities, programs, policies, rules and procedures, processes, and case management.Compensation & Benefit Description:

  • Processing of timekeeping for payroll
  • Processing of Company government-mandated benefits
  • Update reports on received loans and vouchers for payroll and tracking purposes
  • Monitoring of loans benefits under government benefits
  • Prepare certificate of the loan payment and contributions payment
  • Perform other functions as required by immediate supervisor
  • Maintain and review current processes regularly and implement new processes as required
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Submit necessary weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually report to the immediate supervisor

Employee Relations :
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Case Management
  • Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
  • Monitoring of employee's punctuality
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employee data
  • Assist HR Supervisor in designing and implementing company programs for all employees
  • Assist Management Committee in policymaking and strategic planning
  • Monitoring of employee performance management
  • May assist in providing employee counseling on various issues affecting work
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Implement company disciplinary measures as per the Code of Conduct
  • Maintain and review company processes regularly and implement new processes as required
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential

Job Specs:
  • At least 1-year experience in HR functions and supervision
  • BS or AB degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skills in handling people
