Job Responsibilities
1) Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs
2) Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates,
interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3) Handle on-boarding
4) Support the administration of internship
5) Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
6) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers\xe2\x80\x99
expectations
7) Responsible for meeting KPIs
8) Address to employees\xe2\x80\x99 issues promptly
9) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
