JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Administers various human resources plans and policies/procedures company wide and assists in the development and implementation.
  • Assigned areas of HR operations may include performance management, compensation, compliance, communication or other HR programs and responsible for monitoring programs and revise as necessary.
  • Provides high quality advice and service to office leaders on a variety of HR related topics to include, performance management, communication and training needs and training.
  • Investigate/research employee relation issues and assist with corrective counseling's and performance improvement plans.
  • Participates in developing department goals and objectives and provides recommendations for best practices.
  • Create, analyze and interpret HR reports for various departments and may identify any critical or outstanding information.
  • Conducts evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals to include conducting research.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable local employment laws and regulations, including DOLE updates.
  • Experience in payroll process and preparation of government related reports (SSS, HMDF, PHIC, etc.)
  • Maintaining and processing of Payroll
  • Manage compensation and benefits
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes but not limited to on-boarding of new team member and termination.
  • Handles and safekeep 201 files
  • Update and maintains office supplies, payment of rentals and other office related miscellaneous expenses.
  • Organize company events
  • In-charge in monitoring leave records.
  • Perform other duties and assigned projects as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of HR, Psychology, or any course related to Human Resources
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of HR principles and individual job functions
  • Must be updated with local Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Must be highly analytical and able to practice fair judgement and discretion in different case scenarios.
  • Must have negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be independent and have an initiative and able to take the lead
  • Must be Trustworthy
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
