Responsibilities:
1) Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Divisions hiring needs
2) Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3) Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
4) Support the administration of scholarship and internship
5) Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
6) Processing of Employee claims
7) Employee event management ranging from sourcing of vendors, designing of EDMs and on-site support.
8) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers expectations
9) Responsible for meeting KPIs
10) Address to employees issues promptly
11) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
