Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division\'s hiring needs
• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
• Support the administration of scholarship and internship
• Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
• Processing of Employee claims
• Employee event management ranging from sourcing of vendors, designing of EDMs and on-site support.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers\' expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address to employees\' issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

Requirements:

• At least 2 years\' experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
• Diploma and above
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping
• Able to work independently
• Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
• Prior experience with Workday is an added advantage
