Job Description

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Planning and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions/orientation for new staffs
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with department managers.
  • Screening resume
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Conducting orientation and company tour to newly hired employees
  • Other related clerical works in the Department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Experience:
  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
