Job Description

• Liaise with recruitment agencies/portals such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn and recruitment agencies
• Build network with institutions and government agencies such as WSG, e2i and SBF
• Posting on job boards and social media pages (telegram, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Manage and coordinate various job fairs and walk in interviews
• Support Appointment & follow-up onboarding matters, contract renewals and conversions
• Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Handling of all grievance, disciplinary cases and planning of staff engagement activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder
• 3 years of generalist experience
• Experience managing retail position will have added advantageous
• Good knowledge of MOM Regulations and Employment legislations
