What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

You will work as the HR Program Manager to support East of Asia Commercial organization including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, division teams, etc. Responsible for HR functional support includes learning and development, programs deployment, organization effectiveness, talents pipeline and management, employee wellness and all other aspects of HR activities; Work as HR Business Partner to support Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam to provide full functional HR support

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Responsible for deployment of local and Corporate HR policies, all HR initiatives to support fast business growth
  • Support and coach managers in the areas of talent and performance management
  • Drive employee engagement through employee survey and action planning process
  • Lead HR and organizational key projects to support business objectives
  • Drive the deployment of HR processes and tools while ensuring adherence to Eaton values and philosophy in accordance with Corporate and Electrical Sector APAC guidelines
  • Partnership with Talent Acquisition & HR Services to be accountable for the full talent acquisition process to make sure attract most suitable talent into the organization
  • Partnership with HR Services to manage employee life cycle processes including on boarding, new hires, and terminations
  • Partnership with HR Services to make sure the compliance for the C&B practices especially for payroll
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers including ad-hoc reporting, employee relation issues etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Utilize HR analytical tools (HR scorecard) to drive and support business and employment decisions based on accurate source data in HR system
  • Deeply understand business growth / challenge and design dynamic SIP, VPP plan to motivate employees with HR head together
  • Provide the counselling or do some help about the complex ER issue or Ethics issue for the other HRBP and local employees
  • Involve into the integration project in East of Asia to make sure deploy standard Eaton practices and program
  • Work with HR Program Manager to design effective employee communication approach and channel across 15 countries based on understanding local labor law, culture as well as leveraging local HR professional resources
  • Work with HR business partners and Managers to assess each employee\xe2\x80\x99s skill level and design the right training and development plan to meet the rapid growth of organization
  • Work with HR business partners to engage each employee and create nice working environment which close to the business strategy and cascade the core value to each individual
  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above education background

At least 8 years HR related work experience in multinational companies, with strong business acumen

Familiar with local Labour law.

Good communication skill and sense of urgency

Strong learning agility
