As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide both strategic and tactical advisory to business leaders in the people and organization development strategies to support their business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR services and solutions to several functions within the Food Services Business of FairPrice Group. Key Responsibilities
    • Partner business leaders, function heads and line managers to provide advisory on organisational and people related agenda
    • Work with key stakeholders and specialists in HR to provide expertise in organisational development, career planning & development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, people data analysis
    • Drive and support the delivery of high performing cultural change plans and positive employee experience interventions
    • Provide day-to-day coaching to people manager in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on both transactional and complex HR issues and address grievances, if any
    • Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.

Qualifications



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR. Experience in business partner / advisory will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and other foreign labour requirements, where appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and can be hands-on when required
  • Able to operate in an organizationally savvy manner to analyse data and discern organizational level needs and trends
  • Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
