Key Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Recruitment of HQ & Retail operational roles
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with recruitment agencies/portals such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn and recruitment agencies
\xc2\xb7 Build network with local institutions and government agencies
\xc2\xb7 Posting on job boards and social media pages (telegram, Facebook, Instagram etc)
\xc2\xb7 Explore new recruitment channels and sources to tap on
\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate various job fairs and walk in interviews
\xc2\xb7 Support Appointment & follow-up onboarding matters, contract renewals and conversion
\xc2\xb7 Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
\xc2\xb7 Handling of all grievance and disciplinary cases
\xc2\xb7 Ensure processes aligned with Company\'s SOP and government regulations
\xc2\xb7 Planning of staff engagement activities
Minimum Job Requirements
\xc2\xb7 1 to 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or Business Partnership Role, preferably with experience managing blue collar workers
\xc2\xb7 Ability and willing to manage key stakeholders especially at an operational level
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of government Regulations and employment legislations
\xc2\xb7 Independent and resourceful
\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively, possessing good stakeholder management skills
