My client is a leader in the hospitality and attractions industry, offering truly exceptional experiences for their guests. It is an iconic business with a strong and growing presence in Singapore. The company is poised for continued growth and expansion in the next few years. To continue on its trajectory of growth, my client is now looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their team.
Role
This role serves as a key partner to the business leaders, to drive people excellence and deliver positive business outcomes. The main responsibilities of the role include partnering with corporate business units to ensure that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are compliant and aligned, providing HR advice and support to employees, managing workforce planning to support business needs and supporting compensation reviews and salary exercises. As an integral part of the HRBP team, you would also build strong connections with the various department heads and employees.
Requirements
You are degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset will be crucial. Experience working with business stakeholders will be ideal.
