Reporting to the Head of HR, this position is accountable for taking care of both strategic business partnering and HR operations.As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing their HR presence and team, while ensuring they maintain a strong emphasis on employee satisfaction, well-being, and development. The successful incumbent will be commercial and engaging. It is a fast-paced business where the direction of travel will change, and you will need to keep up with the pace. You will get to own this role and make it your own. Areas of focus include \xe2\x80\x93 talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and Union management. This will be \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99, there will be operational aspects to manage and everything in-between.Additionally, you will have exposure to exciting HR transformation projects, people and culture initiatives and work closely with Business Heads within a dynamic and lean HR team.
