I am delighted to have partnered with a rapidly growing and well-established manufacturing MNC to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. My client is a market leader who believe that their people make them what they are.

This is a pivotal role where you will be part of the business, acting as a true HR Business Partner and generalist HR Practitioner. You will be someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. This incumbent will take care of both strategic (main scope) and operational scope. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the HR team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters \xe2\x80\x93 sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. You will work alongside the HR Director, designing HR strategies to meet business goals.

You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business \xe2\x80\x93 from operations to business partnering. Responsibilities include but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 HR analytics, stakeholder management, talent management, HR operations, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management etc.

As HR Business Partner you are decisive and you are used to working in a complex stakeholder field. You also have a sound conceptual ability and you have fresh and innovative ideas for the leaders. You formulate and substantiate your advice and insights carefully. Finally, you pay attention to quality, and you are proactive in your approach.

Compensation: Up to SGD 75,000
