Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization\'s strategic objectives by effectively aligning HR initiatives with business goals, while being hands-on in executing HR processes. You will assume responsibility for crafting and delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout every phase of the employee lifecycle and actively contributing to shaping the HR landscape for RWEST entities in the Asia Pacific region, which encompasses 5 countries (Singapore, China, Japan, Indonesia and India) and one additional planned entity in Australia.

Your day to day activities will generally include:

• Build and manage trustful working relationships with key stakeholders and business clients at all level, and understand their needs and expectations
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall business objectives.
• Actively participate in shaping the scope of performance management, employee engagement, innovation and other HR initiatives and ensure their successful implementation
• Maintain good working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed / required. This also includes regular review and maintenance of HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Take a hands-on approach in executing HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, global mobility and employment contracts management
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of HR processes and deliverables.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
