Job Description

What the role is:You will partner one or more business unit(s) assigned to drive the people agenda to achieve business objectives and deliverables, taking in the local context and considerations.What you will be working on:Specifically, the roles would include, but not limited to:Talent Acquisition:Drive the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, taking into account the business unit\'s hiring needs and manpower planning forecast.Manpower Management:Partner with business unit stakeholders to manage its headcount establishments (MMF) to ensure that the business unit is optimally resourced to drive its strategic objectives.Talent Management:Partner with business unit stakeholders to identify and develop the talent pool within the business unit as part of bench strength building and succession planning.Facilitate performance management to recognise and reward high performance while identifying areas of performance gaps to develop appropriate interventions.Employee Relations:Be the key point of contact for employees within the business unit on HR-related matters, including providing feedback to the HR team on HR policies and procedures from the employees so as to improve better employee experience.Where necessary, provide advisory or support on employee conduct & disciplinary matters to business unit stakeholders or employees in accordance with relevant HR policies and procedures.What we are looking for:At least 5 years of proven experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role that covers the full spectrum of HR functions that include talent acquisition & recruitment, compensation, performance management, manpower planning and stakeholder management.
