This HR Business Partner also will be dedicated a portfolio in payroll. The main responsibilities include managing the entire payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will also manage insurance renewals and conduct labour market surveys. We need someone strong in numerical skills and attention to detail is essential.Who you will report to:The position reports to the HR Manager and work closely with other local HR roles as well as members of the local management team.What you will be doing:HR Business Partner Responsibilities:Implement and ensure compliance with global People Processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and exit)Execute HR processes and activities as outlined in the GBS HR Service CatalogueProvide advice and support to local management and employees on personnel-related topicsPerform all required administrative tasks related to employees (e.g., personnel files, Workday)Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulationsKeep the local personnel handbook up to date with local labor laws and regulationsImplement and ensure compliance with Occupational Health policies and OHSAS standardsConduct regulatory/statutory reporting of incidents to authoritiesOnboarding Process for new hiresPayroll Administration:Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and complianceEnsure compliance with local payroll regulations and reporting requirementsArrange payments due to employees and statutory boardsCompute and submit tax clearance for foreignersPrepare annual filings for employee income taxesServe as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiriesSupport salary review and bonus processesAssist with salary benchmarkingEmployee Administration:Maintain proper documentation of employee recordsResponsible for statutory board surveysHandle government funding applications, claims submissions, and administrationFacilitate flexible claimsSupport the renewal and remarketing of employee insurancesWhat you need to be successful in this role:Bachelor degree, preferably from Human Resource Management / business administration or equivalent.2-3 years relevant work experience within HR is preferredFamiliar with Easypay software would be an added advantageStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsUnderstanding of HR processes and tools, and knowledge of local labour law and regulations.What we are looking for:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationship and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisationAbility to act on initiative in a proactive mannerAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Results and process driven, with a high level of responsibilityCo-operating attitude being a team player that adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and valuesWhat we offer:Working in Wilhelmsen can offer a culture and work environment of strong leadership, career development, work-life balance and a job that is both challenging and stimulating.
