Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:* Responsible to oversee the over-all HR services and processes in the entire plant.* Performs HR related functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Cases, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Orientation, Compliance, and Organizational Development.* Leads HR team in the plant level, and performs proper coordination with the client key leaders to be able to carry-out HR processes efficiently.* Ensure that required manpower headcounts are met efficiently.Qualifications:* With at least solid background in various areas of HR as generalist.* Must be willing to work in Pili, Camarines Sur* Above average communication skills both oral and written* With proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint; Background in HR Data Analytics is a plus.* For more information, please contact Khai at 0956-5714966Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
