We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team and implement various human resources programs. What is an HR Manager? You will work with regional teams in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management to support individual business leader. What you'll help us build
Strategic HR advisory and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Manage end to end the employee life cycle from end to end, including but not limited to: payroll, on & off-boarding, work pass, relocation, HR data, employee engagement.
Work closely with hiring manager on recruitment needs and manage end-to-end recruitment process (headcount requisition, candidate sourcing, interview process, offer management)
Support any other duties as assigned by business leader
Your craft
Proven working experience as HRBP or Senior HR Executive in finance, internal, fintech, consultancy field would be advantageous
Hands-on experience in HR operations & software (Payroll, Work Pass, HRIS)
Experience in developing clear and fair company policies
People oriented, problem-solving skills and results driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Proceed with an attitude of going extra mile to help the organization succeed
