DESIGNATION : HR Business Partner Support Executive, Food Services

RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRBP Support Executive will work with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide support and tactical advisory to employees with regards to people matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR services and solutions to the Food Services Business team within FairPrice Group. Key Responsibilities

• Work with HRBP and support them in the delivery of HR services, advisory and initiatives
• Work closely with line managers to create positive employee experience and drive high performing culture
• Work with HRBP to provide performance management guidance, coaching and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce
• Work with the talent acquisition team in the recruitment of trainees
• Provide timely dissemination of monthly business updates and reports
• Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR preferred
• Entry level candidates are welcomed
• Able to communicate and present effectively
• Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset
