HR Business PartnerResponsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics division at the company level and assisting the Regional HR Director in managing and implementing the full spectrum of the HR initiatives
• Business partner to the logistics division. Develop a strong understanding of business strategies and translate these business priorities into HR processes and programs.
• Partner the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, competencies assessment and development.
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations in the employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, employee discipline and exit management.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of key HR initiatives and programs such as employer branding, talent acquisition strategies, employee onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Develop resourcing strategies to create sustainable talent pipelines.
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders deliver a positive employee experience.
• Participate in assigned HR projects when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Psychology or any related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering & leadership (within contract logistics industry)
• Experience working with Shared Services
• Knowledge of Labor law, Related Statutory Regulations & Union Management
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning & Budgeting Process
• Independent, pro-active, strategic & organize with analytical background

• A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to engage with senior stakeholders
